![]() Navigate to sdcard/windows/BstSharedFolder, and you'll now see the files that are in the Windows SharedFolder In Media Manager, look on the left-hand side's menu items and click on " Explore" Put files into my (Windows) Shared folder ( C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\Engine\UserData\SharedFolder) For that, I just use the left-hand menu to click to a different area (i.e., " Explore") and then click back to " Imported Files" - and, there it is.Ĭan you use the (Windows) SharedFolder? Putting things in the Windows SharedFolder doesn't make those files available to BlueStacks, anymore, except it does - it's just not working in the way you think it's working (and definitely not the way I want it to work). My descriptions are for my experience, and may not address what's happening with you still, some of this might be helpful.Ĭan you drag-and-drop directly into Media Manager? Yes, but then the file isn't there, even though BlueStacks says it was successfully imported. The Media Manager leaves much to be desired. But, that means that I have to get files into BlueStacks, so I'm obviously motivated. I'm just diving into BlueStacks, again, after being gone for awhile I'm hoping to get an old game called " Heroes Call" working on it (based on the files I have from a tablet where it's installed) it's no longer available from the Play store, so this type of hack seems to be the only way.
